Placing an order and payments


Do I have to create an account to place an order?

We encourage you to create an account to take advantage of our most comprehensive ordering and shipping system. However, we also offer guest check-out. Just click on the "check out as guest" button to skip creating your account.

How do I pay?

caseable accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and caseable gift cards (available via email) that may be redeemed in your shopping cart when checking out.

Do taxes apply?

In the United States, caseable charges sales tax only in the states of New York and Texas. All other states and countries are tax exempt. Lucky you ;)

I have a caseable coupon code, how do I use it?

Enter your coupon code in the box "coupon code" in the shopping cart section when checking out.

When will caseable charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order and click "complete checkout".

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive your invoice and order confirmation via email. You may also opt to print your order confirmation when redirected to the final transaction screen when completing checkout.

How do I know my order has been processed successfully?

After your order has been processed, caseable will redirect you to an order confirmation screen where you can find your order information and your order number which you may print out for your records. We will also send you an email confirming your final order and payment transaction.

How long does it take for an order to be completed and shipped?

This depends on your regional location and your choice of shipping method. Please refer to the shipping information page for more information.


How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order if you have created an account. Please log-in to your account and click on "Order History". For order status on orders placed using Guest Checkout, please contact support@caseable.com. Include your order number and any other potentially relevant information and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us within 24 hours at support@caseable.com immediately and include a reference to your confirmation number of your purchase for change requests. However, we cannot guarantee that those change requests are processed before production as we work quickly to get your sleeve delivered to you as soon as possible. If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible as long as we have not yet produced your case. We reserve the right to deduct a $10.00 processing fee from any returned payment.

What if certain parts of the sleeve I order are "Out of Stock"?

If certain parts of your customized sleeve are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution. However, our operations and inventory management system makes this unlikely.

How do we guarantee your security?

caseable takes your security concerns very seriously. Your private and personal information to us during checkout or when creating an account is encrypted and secured using Sockets Layer (SSL) technology enhanced by VeriSign.

Does caseable offer gift services?

caseable offers gift services on every order which includes the option of an online gift card and/or, the ability to include a small, personalized note, to be placed within your final case creation. Gift-wrapping is available on most items for a small handling fee.
